Integrated Stainless Steel Static Grounding Alarm Clamp RY-JDB-J

A grounding clamp with the alarm electronics built into the clamp head, so there is no separate control box to mount. The clamp is stamped and cast from 304 stainless steel, the three carbide contact pins are driven into paint, rust or mill scale by a high-tension spring, and the LED and buzzer sit on the clamp itself, monitoring loop resistance continuously.

• 55 ohm loop monitoring — the module alarms when loop resistance rises above the threshold; the LED and buzzer stay silent while the loop is good.

• LED and piezo buzzer — high-intensity visual LED with a buzzer rated at 90 dB or more at 30 cm.

• Sealed lithium battery and IP65 electronics — epoxy encapsulated against rain, dust and oil, with 8-minute auto-sleep and instant wake on clamping, for 3 to 5 years of service.

• Spiral PU cable — oil-resistant anti-static spiral cable in 5, 10 or 15 m.
