A free-standing eye wash station with a carbon steel riser and an ABS bowl, both finished in safety yellow. The operator presses the hinged pedal plate at the base, the chain linkage opens the valve, and both hands stay free to hold the eyes open while the water flows.
Carbon steel riser — a rigid steel column carries the bowl, with a yellow coating that keeps the frame visible and easy to wipe down.
ABS bowl — moulded ABS bowl collects the flushing water; it will not rust and the smooth surface cleans up quickly.
Hinged pedal plate — a flat steel pedal sits at the base of the column. Press it with a foot to open the valve, so hands stay free at the moment of use.
Chain linkage — a stainless chain runs from the pedal up to the valve on the side arm, keeping the mechanism simple and easy to adjust.
Twin spray heads — two heads inside the bowl give a wide, even flow over both eyes, with protective caps over the nozzles between uses.
Bolted round base — the base plate has bolt holes for fixing to a concrete floor; the PUSH sign plate marks the operating point on the side arm.
