Wall Mounted Static Grounding Alarm JDB-2 in Carbon Steel Enclosure

A wall-mounted static grounding alarm in a heavy-duty cold-rolled carbon steel enclosure with a red epoxy powder coating. The locking door protects the electronics and the operational flowchart inside, and the clamp is stored in the box between shifts. The unit monitors the grounding loop continuously and alarms through LED and buzzer when resistance rises above the threshold or the clamp is pulled off.

• Carbon steel enclosure — cold-rolled steel box with epoxy powder coating in red, built for weather, rain, dust and physical impact at outdoor loading points.

• Locking door — the door is key locked, and the internal operational flowchart is printed on the inside of the lid.

• 304 stainless clamp — heavy-duty clamp with hardened carbide contact pins that cut through industrial paint, rust and grease for bare-metal bonding.

• 55 ohm loop monitoring — the circuit supervises the grounding loop and alarms on high resistance or disconnection.

• LED and buzzer alarm — high-intensity visual LED with a piezo buzzer rated at 90 dB or more at 30 cm.

• Battery options and cable lengths — replaceable dry cell or 3 to 5 year lithium battery; cable in 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 m.

• IP65 and wall mounting — rear bracket holes for fixed wall installation, rated for -40 to +60 degrees C.
