This is the version for walls: a stainless eye wash carried on a round wall flange instead of a base plate. Nothing stands on the floor, nothing needs a bench underneath, and the unit sits at whatever height the wall allows — beside a corridor, at the end of a plant room, over a floor drain or a small tray.
The bowl is deep stainless with a rolled rim, the twin heads carry green bodies and yellow protective caps, and the green PUSH plate is bracketed off to the side of the bowl where a standing person naturally reaches.
No floor footprint – aisles, walkways and wash-down areas stay clear; nothing to trip over or to move for cleaning.
No bench needed – the unit carries its own mounting, so it can go where there is only wall.
Height set by the wall – the flange is fixed at the right eye level for the people who use it, rather than at bench height.
Pipework behind the wall – supply and drain can be run in the wall or in a service void, leaving the visible face clean.
Drain below the bowl – waste drops straight down into a tray, channel or floor drain.
Round stainless wall flange – bolted to the wall, carries the arm and bowl.
Deep stainless bowl – polished, rolled rim, central drain outlet.
Twin spray heads – green bodies with yellow caps, angled upward for eye-level flushing.
PUSH plate on a bracket – green plate with white pictogram and lettering, mounted beside the bowl.
Stainless supply arm – rigid arm from the flange to the bowl assembly.

Choose the wall position: within about ten seconds of the hazard, on the same level, with a clear approach and nothing stored in front of it.
Set the flange height so the spray heads sit at the eye level of the shortest regular user.
Drill and anchor the flange; the wall must take the pull of someone leaning on the bowl.
Connect supply and drain, fit an isolation valve upstream, and flush the line before use.
Run the unit and set the flow; confirm the drain carries water away without backing up.
Check the PUSH plate latches open, closes cleanly, and is visible from the approach.
Weekly: activate the unit, confirm both heads run clear, wipe the caps and the bowl rim.
Monthly: check the flange fixings for movement and the drain for blockage.
Quarterly: clean the heads and strainer; check the sign and plate.
Annually: measure the flow and re-check after any change to the water system.
The unit is designed to meet ANSI Z358.1-2014 eyewash requirements for flow, hands-free operation and bowl coverage. Siting within about ten seconds of the hazard, tepid water, weekly activation and signage at the approach remain site responsibilities. Where the body as well as the eyes may be exposed, a drench shower is required in addition — a wall-mounted eye wash does not replace it.
Corridors and plant rooms, laboratories and prep areas, battery and paint stores, workshops where floor space must stay clear, and any wall position above a tray or floor drain.
Order by model RYEW-WMF-01. Please state mounting height, inlet size and drain arrangement. A bench-mounted version on a stainless base plate, foot-pedal eye washes, and combination shower and eyewash stations are also available where the mounting situation differs.
