A hook rack for drying boots after washing. Boots hang upside down on U-shaped stainless hooks arranged in rows, and the base unit below the frame supplies heat, a fan and ozone through the drying chamber. The control panel on the base sets the temperature and the run time, with separate keys for ozone, fan, heat and power.
Hook rows for hanging boots — the U-shaped hooks hold each boot upside down so water runs out of the shaft instead of pooling in the sole, and the rows are set at two heights so a full set of boots can be loaded without crossing.
Base heating — the stainless base carries the heater under the vent slots, so warm air rises through the hanging boots rather than being blown at them from one side.
Ozone key — a dedicated ozone function runs alongside the heat for odour and bacteria control in the shaft of the boot, selected separately from the heater.
Fan circulation — the fan key runs the air movement on its own, which is what is needed after a wash cycle before heat is applied.
Temperature and timer display — the panel shows temperature and time on red LED displays, and the working range runs from 0 to 60 degrees C.
Four-key control panel — ozone, fan, heat and on-off are separate keys with their own indicator lamps, so the person loading the rack can see at a glance which function is running.
Three capacities — the same frame is built for 10, 20 or 40 pairs, so the rack can be matched to the size of the changing room rather than the other way round.
SUS304 frame with adjustable feet — the frame, hooks and base are all stainless, and the feet take up floor fall so the base sits level.
