Stainless Steel Boot Washer

A walk-through boot washer for cleanroom and hygiene gateways. The operator steps onto the platform, holds the railings and walks over two counter-rotating brush rollers running in a water bath, so both the sole and the sides of the boot are scrubbed in one pass. The whole unit is built in 304 stainless steel with a diamond-plate deck, and a control box with emergency stop sits above the brush tunnel.

• Two brush rollers, 200 mm x 980 mm — the pair of nylon brush rollers spans the full walkway width, so a boot is brushed along its length as the operator walks through rather than being pressed onto a single roller.

• 304 stainless steel throughout — tank, deck, railings, roller housing and motor cover are all stainless, which matters where the unit is washed down daily and sits in a wet gateway.

• Walk-through railings both sides — the formed tube railings give the operator something to hold while crossing a wet, moving deck, and they double as a guard around the brush opening.

• Diamond-plate entry and exit deck — the raised tread plate either side of the brush tunnel gives grip for wet boots and drains back into the tank.

• Control box with emergency stop — a sealed stainless enclosure carries the run controls and a red emergency stop on the top face, within reach from the entry side.

• DN20 inlet and DN40 drain — standard threaded connections for the water feed and for emptying the tank, so the unit ties into an existing wash-down point without adapters.

• Levelling feet plus step platform — adjustable feet take up floor fall, and the bolt-on step platform can sit on either side to suit the direction of travel.

• 0.29 kW drive — a single low-power drive motor runs the roller pair, which keeps the load light on a cleanroom circuit.
