A walk-in air shower that stands at the entrance to a controlled area. Stainless nozzles on both side walls blow filtered air across the person from head to floor, the return-air filter sits low in the wall, and the cycle is started from the panel beside the door. The body is SUS304 with 3C glass doors, on a diamond-plate floor, 800 mm clear inside.
Nozzles on both side walls — the stainless nozzles are set in two vertical rows on each wall and marked for flow direction, so the air reaches the shoulders, the torso and down the legs rather than blowing from one side only.
Ten second cycle — the panel instruction sets the full blowing process at ten seconds, so a person steps in, the shower runs and the door is released in one fixed interval.
Control panel with dedicated keys — the panel beside the door carries E-STOP, AIR SHOWER, LIGHT and the door keys, with the operating notes printed on the plate at the point of use.
Return-air filter, 600 x 400 x 50 mm — a framed mesh filter sits low in the wall behind a screw-fixed frame, so it can be lifted out for cleaning without opening the chamber.
SUS304 body with 3C glass doors — the shell is stainless and the doors are 3C tempered glass, which is what lets a supervisor see the chamber from outside during a cycle.
Fan capacity 0.75 kW per metre — the blower set is rated per metre of chamber length, so the longer two-metre version carries double the fan capacity of the one-metre unit.
800 mm clear inside width — one person passes through with room to turn, and the overall shell is 1400 mm wide and 2150 mm high.
Diamond-plate floor — the floor inside the chamber is raised tread plate, which grips underfoot and can be swept out.
