A compact single-station boot brush machine for a doorway. One roller brush sits in a stainless chamber under an open front, the operator rests a boot on the roller and presses the manual push button; the formed tube handrail beside the unit carries a green indicator lamp. The 304 stainless body is 685 mm wide and 410 mm deep, so it fits beside a personnel entrance rather than needing its own room.
Single roller brush in an open chamber — one cylinder brush runs in the stainless housing with the front left open, so the operator sets the boot down on the brush and the sole is scrubbed without the boot having to be pushed through a tunnel.
Manual push button start — a stainless push button on the upright housing starts the brush, so the unit runs only while somebody is using it.
Handrail with indicator lamp — a formed stainless tube handrail gives the operator something to hold while standing on one leg, and the green lamp at its head shows the state of the unit at a glance.
380 V three-phase drive, 0.42 kW — a three-phase 50 Hz supply drives the brush, with the motor and terminal box enclosed in the stainless cabinet beside the chamber.
304 stainless steel body — housing, chamber, brush frame, hatch and handrail are all 304, which is the finish a wash-down doorway needs.
Lockable side hatch — the access panel on the side is hinged and locked, so the brush and the drive can be reached for clearing without stripping the machine.
Diamond-plate tread in the chamber — the raised tread panel inside the chamber gives the boot a non-slip bearing surface beside the brush.
Compact footprint with adjustable feet — 685 x 410 mm of floor and 1150 mm high, on levelling feet that take up floor fall.
