Manual Stainless Steel Boot Washer with Side and Sole Brushes

A manual boot cleaning station for a hygiene gateway: the operator stands in the stainless trough, works each boot against a rotating side brush and scrubs the sole on a step brush, using the hose to wet and rinse. • Two side brushes and two sole brushes — each of the two standing positions has its own rotating side brush at shin height and its own step brush on the floor, so the boot shaft and the sole are both worked without the operator changing stance.

• Manual operation, no motor — the unit has no drive motor or electrics at all: cleaning is done by hand against the brushes, which suits sites where power in a wet gateway is not available or not permitted.

• Water jet with liquid mixing valve — each position carries its own hose and valve, so water or a water and detergent mix is delivered where the boot is being scrubbed rather than from a single outlet across the trough.

• 304 stainless steel trough and frame — the tank, back panel, brush supports and trolley frame are all stainless, which is what a daily wash-down in a wet area requires.

• Tube handrails on both ends — formed stainless railings at each end give the operator something to hold while standing on one leg in a wet trough.

• Compact footprint — 1200 x 620 mm of floor and 41 kg in total, so the unit can be moved into place by two people and does not need a fixed installation.

• Adjustable feet — levelling feet take up floor fall so the trough drains evenly.

• Hose and brush hardware in stainless — brush spindles, hose tails and the retaining brackets are stainless, and the brush filaments are blue polymer so worn bristles are easy to spot against the steel.
