A handheld combustible gas sniffer for tracing leaks at pipe joints, valve flanges, gas racks and kitchen piping. A flexible metal gooseneck puts the sensor head into gaps that a fixed probe cannot reach, and the colour LCD shows the reading as a PPM dial with a live trend curve. The body is a drop-shaped orange housing with a moulded rubber grip, a five-button keypad and a top-mounted LED torch.
Flexible metal gooseneck probe — the stainless gooseneck holds whatever shape it is bent into, so the sensor head can be aimed into pipe elbows, recessed corners and flange gaps.
0 to 10000 PPM range — wide enough to trace a small gasket weep and to confirm a heavy leak on the same instrument, with a 0 to 100% LEL scale available.
Colour LCD with PPM dial — a graphical dial with a numeric reading, a live concentration curve, clock and battery state, so a trend is visible rather than a single flickering number.
Triple alarm plus torch — a three-colour LED, a buzzer and vibration all trigger on leak detection, and an independent top LED torch lights the inspection point.
Two alarm thresholds — low alarm at 500 PPM and high alarm at 2000 PPM as factory settings, both adjustable in the menu for the gas and the site.
USB Type-C rechargeable — 3.7 V 2000 mAh lithium battery charged over Type-C, so the unit shares a charger with a phone.
Pocket format — 161.4 x 69 x 31 mm at 0.275 kg excluding the probe, small enough to be carried on a walk-round rather than left in a case.

Residential and commercial gas safety surveys, pipeline valve and flange tracing, gas storage and dispenser racks, boiler rooms and restaurant kitchens, chemical plant gasket checks and underground utility vaults, where a leak has to be located from the outside of the pipe rather than by smell.
