A two-lane personnel gateway that handles hand sanitising and boot washing side by side. Each lane has its own sanitising housing with two hand ports and its own run of brush rollers in the deck, so two people can pass at the same time instead of queueing at a single station. The whole unit is brushed 304 stainless steel, with a non-slip step platform at each end and a shared control column between the lanes.

Key Features

• Two lanes working in parallel — the left and right lane each carry their own hand ports and brush rollers, so the gateway handles two people at once and a shift change does not back up at the entrance.

• Four hand ports, two per lane — each sanitising housing has a pair of blue-rimmed ports, one for each hand, so the operator sanitises both hands without leaving the platform.

• Dual brush roller in each lane — the brush rollers run along the walkway in both lanes, scrubbing the boot soles as the person stands on the deck.

• Non-slip step platform at both ends — a perforated stainless step lifts the operator up to the deck on either side, and the platform drains so it does not pool water.

• Emergency stop button — a red mushroom stop with keyed reset sits on the upper housing of one lane, within reach of a supervisor standing beside the gateway.

• Display panel and control column — the housings carry a small display, and a central stainless column houses the sanitising reservoir and the control gear between the two lanes.

• Brushed 304 stainless steel — housings, deck, tank, rails, step platforms and the control column are all stainless, which is what a wash-down entrance in food or pharma production requires.

• Service points at the base — water and drain connections with labelled valves are grouped at the base of the tank so the unit can be emptied and flushed without moving it.
