Automatic Door Stainless Steel Air Shower with IR Sensor

A walk-through air shower whose doors open on their own. An infrared sensor above the doorway picks up the person approaching, the sliding glass doors open, the shower runs on both walls and the exit door releases. An LCD panel on the outer wall shows the state of the unit and carries the setup, and the whole cabinet is SUS304 with 3C glass on castors.

Key Features

• Infrared sensor at the doorway — the IR sensor is mounted above the entrance, so the doors open as the person walks up and nobody has to touch a handle on the clean side.

• Automatic sliding doors — the two glass leaves slide rather than swing, which keeps the working envelope tight in a corridor where a hinged leaf would foul the wall.

• LCD status display — the panel on the outer wall shows the state of the unit in words and carries the instruction and setup screens, so a supervisor can read what the shower is doing from outside.

• Green and red push buttons — start and stop are on the wall beside the screen, under the timed cycle, for the case where the automatic sequence has to be overridden.

• Nozzles on both side walls — the stainless nozzles are set in rows on each wall and marked for flow direction, so the air crosses the chamber instead of blowing from one side.

• Return-air filter, 600 x 400 x 50 mm — the filter sits low in the wall behind a screw-fixed frame and lifts out for cleaning.

• Fan capacity 0.75 kW per metre — the blower set is rated per metre of chamber length, so the 2000 mm version carries twice the fan capacity of the 1000 mm version.

• Castors and SUS304 cabinet — the cabinet is stainless with 3C glass doors and runs on castors, so it can be positioned at a doorway and locked down where it stands.
